Services provided consolidate all non-medical patient care services comprised of the following sections.
- Housekeeping- Well trained housekeeping members with new equipment and appropriate cleaning and disinfecting materials keep the environment clean and safe for patients, visitors and employees.
- Phones- New phones and switchboards and well trained operators answer calls and assist callers. A dect phone service and paging system is in use by hospital employees.
- Reception- All reception employees trained on how to greet people and how to assist and interact with patients and visitors in a professional manner with particular attention to customer care.
