The Radiology department at Amman hospital offers patient with 24hrs coverage seven days a week with the following services:

The Laboratory department at Amman hospital provides patient with 24hrs coverage seven days a week with comprehensive clinical testing, to meet all routine and special requests for laboratory procedures in accordance with international standards of excellence, as well as local applicable laws and regulations, to ensure the highest level of quality of provided patient laboratory services as following:

The pharmacy department at Amman Hospital overseas all aspect of the medication use system at the hospital which include the selection, procurement, and dispensing of all medicinal product to patients .the department integrate the financial variables related to drug costs and availability, with clinical practice and evidence based medicine to produce a highly cost effective and profitable operation for Amman hospital. High quality service ensured by:

  • Closed formulary –Amman hospital drug formulary Drug formulary allows for uniform processes for selection, usage and monitoring of drugs used at the hospital thereby adding to efficiency and patient safety. As new drug become available, the selection of drugs on the formulary change in an ongoing effort to supply doctors with the drugs they require to meet the therapeutic needs of patients. Endoscopy

Amman Hospital created a fully equipped Endoscopy Unit, run by a team of specialized doctors and nurses in this field. Upper and lower gastro-intestinal tract problems can be accurately diagnosed with very high tech Endoscopes connected to monitors and videos. In addition, E.R.C.P and Bronchoscopy are also available at our unit.

Dialysis Unit

The kidney unit at KMC houses 12 dialysis machines for acute dialysis done at ICU and chronic dialysis done at our unit. The unit is staffed with full-time dialysis staff nurses and medical supervision, and conducts over 600 sessions a month. Kidney transplants are performed, as well, regularly at KMC.  The staffs in medical – surgical are trained to all required competencies for their units, which include:
